Paying online and leaving security at the desk are different steps. Check the card type accepted for this offer, the main driver’s name and whether a physical card is required. A successful online payment does not by itself confirm that the card will be accepted at pickup.

• Do I need a physical card, and does using a debit card involve an extra charge or condition?

Separate the price to pay, any deposit held or charged, and the contractual excess. The deposit is not an additional rental price. Do not assume that protection removes it: check the amount and release arrangements for your selected offer.

• What total amount can be held or charged at pickup, including any fuel deposit?
• How and when does the rental company release the deposit, and what extra processing time might my bank need?
